What we collect

• Your photo and motion description, only to generate your video.
• The generated video, so you can watch and download it.
• A random device ID stored in your browser and a one-way hash of your IP address, to apply the free daily limit. We do not store your IP address itself.
• Anonymous usage counts (for example how many videos were made per day). No cookies for advertising, no tracking across sites.

How long we keep it

Free photos and videos are deleted automatically after 3 days. Paid videos are kept for 30 days so you can download them again.

Who processes it

Photos are sent to our AI provider fal.ai, which runs the video models (Boreal by Creatify, MiniMax H3, Grok Imagine Video by xAI), and to an automated content-safety check. Files are stored with Cloudflare. Payments, once open, are handled by our payment partner; we never see your card details.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your photos to train models.
• Staff do not browse user photos or videos.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your video at any time before it expires. Contact: hello@pikmova.com. We answer within 2 business days.
