Acceptable Use Policy

Every upload and every result passes an automated content check, and each AI model applies its own safety filter. You may not use the service to create:

1. Sexual or pornographic content, including nudity and sexualised images of anyone.
2. Any content involving the sexual or harmful depiction of minors. Such material is reported to the authorities.
3. Deceptive deepfakes: videos of a real person made without their consent, or meant to impersonate, defame, harass or mislead — including public figures and politicians.
4. Violent, hateful or extremist content, or content that promotes self-harm.
5. Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, such as photos you do not have the right to use.
6. Illegal content or content that facilitates fraud, scams or other illegal activity.

We log moderation decisions (never the images themselves) and may block devices or networks that repeatedly break these rules. To report a video or appeal a decision, email hello@pikmova.com with the video link. We review every report within 2 business days and remove content that breaks these rules.
